We hope you love our 60s retro beach house with ocean views as much as we do.
House is child & pet friendly, with a fully fenced yard.
We are a 10-minute drive from the Penguin Parade, The Nobbies , The Moto GP Track and Cowes.
Only a short 6 min walk to the beach and Grossard Point Lookout.
You will love all of native wildlife that are in the area; wallabies, echidna's to name a few.
After exploring the island for the day come back and relax on the front deck, unwind and watch the sunset.
The space
Our beach house is in the perfect location, well we think so! You are far enough away from town that you aren't bombarded by your neighbors yet still close enough to pop in for breakfast or dinner at one of the many incredible cafes and restaurants.
Great swimming and dog friendly beach in walking distance
While walking to the beach in the morning and at dusk you will cross paths with wallabies, rabbits and hopefully one of the cheeky echidna's that live around.
The options for being close to nature here are immense.
The front porch is an excellent place to hangout with your friends and family, while soaking up the sun.
You will have access to our BBQ so be sure to stop at the local butcher Paddock to Plate, right next door to The Shed cafe & store (a 1-2 minute drive away... why drive just walk!)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard.

*** Over GP week there is a MINIMUM 4 Night stay for this listing***
We are a pet friendly home, please keep pets OFF beds and furniture. If your pet causes any damages Or extra cleaning we do expect for you as the guests to pay for those. This would come out of the security deposit and includes damages to the property, items in and round the home, linens, etc.
Phillip Island has implemented a 3 "BIN" system for rubbish. The council is VERY strict on what goes in each bin, and we have left documents on the fridge for guests to follow when disposing of rubbish. If you have any questions just give me a call or send a message.
If after your departure we find this system has not been followed and rubbish is not in correct bins, causing us to manually sort the garbage (PLEASE don't make us do that!!) OR causing us to receive a fine from the council for not having rubbish separated this will also come out of the security deposit.
Please just read the information provided, RECYCLE and put rubbish in the correct bins.
