Unlike most properties in the village which have been added onto over time, this property was built in 2000 and is constructed mostly of brick. The improvements are offered over three levels with oceans view's from the master bedroom and covered enterainment deck. There is a double lock-up garage and storage area for push bikes and surf boards.
The improvements boast four good sized bedrooms with built-ins, master with walk-in robe and ceiling fan. A combined kitchen, living and dining room with reverse cycle A/C which open's out onto the covered entertainment deck which boasts ocean view's. There are two bathrooms and two toilets, one set to ground level and one set on the top level for east access for guests. There is a tumpus room or second living room on the ground floor which again open's out onto the second outdoor entainment area. Thre is an internal laundry with rear exist to a fully fenced and landscaped back yard.
NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
