Summary: Clean, modern and comfortable with lovely views. Downside is there is no curtains on windows upstairs (so you wake up early) and the house is a duplex with very little sound barrier between this rental and the tenants on other side. Also only a kitchenette so not good if you plan on cooking a lot.
