Our house has been designed to raise the standard of South Coast holiday accommodation at a competitive price. Modern contemporary design, new furnishings throughout, open air living, cooks kitchen and pantry with full range of high end appliances including coffee machines. Media room with four reclining chairs, bean bags & games and two living areas - one on each floor. Two suites with King beds, one Queen sized bed and two singles.
Outdoor BBQ kitchen and Cabana adjacent to the solar heated pool. Enjoy a drink upstairs or downstairs while taking in the views and listening to the sounds of the bush and ocean. Family groups welcome. Pets not allowed but they can be accommodated at nearby facilities.
SHORT WALK TO LILLI PILLI BEACH & MALUA BAY BEACH
One of the best coastal quiet retreats with rock walking for the more adventurous. MacKenzies beach is a 5 min drive away. Whale watching from the balcony (seasonal). Mosquito Bay Boat ramp is a 2 min drive away with cleaning facilities.

Unsociable behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes parties, loud noise after 9pm; drunkenness and foul language.
External security cameras are located above the garage and above the pool equipment covering the front driveway and rear yard. The rear yard camera is switched off upon guest arrival. Excessive noise monitoring is used as recommended by HomeAway/VRBO.
The owner will be in contact with neighbours to check on any unsociable behaviour.
For this property your refundable damage deposit will be used to recover any additional costs incurred by the owner and to compensate neighbours for any unsociable behaviour.
If you cannot control the behaviour of your group then do not book this house.
If the size of your group or the demographic changes, you must apply to the owner before arrival. The owner is under no obligation to agree to booking changes. Visitors are not permitted.
All kitchenware is to be returned to where it was found.
Our housekeeper is not your slave, you must be clean and tidy during your stay. This property is not a motel.
If you fill up the bins and have excess garbage then go to the refuse centre 5 min up the road.
We aim to accommodate suitable families up to six including children or corporate groups. All children need to be supervised by an adult especially when using the pool.
We do not allow Schoolies or Coasties under any circumstances.
The guest who booked is first to arrive and last to leave. We don’t accept bookings from 3rd parties.
For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
