The Space:
Step into our inviting three-bedroom retreat. The first two bedrooms boast queen-size beds, while the primary has a spacious walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite for added convenience. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, catering to families with infants and including a baby cot. Ceiling fans adorn every room, ensuring optimal airflow throughout this charming abode.
The generously sized kitchen is outfitted with high-quality appliances and ample cookware, ideal for whipping up delicious home-cooked meals. Revel in the convenience of a gas-lit stovetop, a sizable kitchen island, and a breakfast bench with stool seating. Step outside to the outdoor entertainment area, complete with a pizza oven—just remember to bring your own wood and supplies.
Relax and unwind in front of the expansive TV, perfect for cozy family movie nights. Alternatively, savour quality moments with loved ones, whether lounging on the couch or enjoying the open-plan space.
While we warmly welcome groups of up to seven guests, we ask that you refrain from hosting events or conducting business activities on the premises.
Guest Access:
You have private access with using a electronic door code. Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
