Modernized and well-presented with ducted air conditioning, downlights, sound system and fantastic undercover front deck and entertaining area.
Bifold doors from the open-plan living area open out to the undercover entertaining area, enjoy a BBQ on the deck while watching the Whales go by.
Within walking distance to beaches, Narooma-to-Dalmeny cycleway, and boat ramps.
There is construction occurring next to the property and is due for completion July 2025.
- Garage is open for guests
- Over 8 guests will incur a surcharge per guest for the duration of your stay. Guest numbers need to be confirmed with the
office prior to your stay.
- Two extra rooms are available for an additional charge per night - Sleeping up to 15 in total
- Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.
- Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.
Please Note: a neighboring property is currently undergoing construction. As a result, there may be temporary impacts to views, noise levels, and general surroundings during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding.

Additional terms - Pet Friendly
Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.
Warning: This property is located in a residential area. It is not a party house and the use of the property as such will not be tolerated. We ask that you respect the surrounding neighbours and keep noise to a minimum (including outdoor bbq activity). If Whale Coast Realty receive any noise complaints during your stay the booking may be cancelled immediately and you will be asked to leave the property,
