Ponderosa Homestead features five large bedrooms, two bathrooms both with bathtubs for indulgent relaxation and a further 2 en-suites, multiple living/dining areas, one of which includes a nine-foot pool table, perfect for friendly competitions and fun evenings. The entire property is kept comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air conditioning and there’s a laundry with washer and dryer when needed.

Additional children 2-13 years $64 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge.
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will beprocessed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, soplease ensure the funds are available at this time.
LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.
NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
