In popular Arakoon and only a short stroll to the beach, sit back, relax and enjoy this well presented and maintained home. Air-conditioning,polished timber floors and a large living area which includes Wifi, Foxtel to promotea relaxed lifestyle after a day at the beach. Thedining area flowsfrom the brand newkitchen onto the rear deck overlooking the back yard. Perfect for entertaining, the timber deck has anoutdoor setting and a BBQ.
All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Themain bedroom is located upstairs with its own ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed whilst the third bedroom hastwo sets of bunks. We don't supply linen, all the beds have mattress protector, pillow case, pillow, quilt and quilt cover. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, bath mat, tea towels You will also need to bring your own washing powder, kitchen detergent, rubbish bags, soap and toilet paper, etc.
Please note this property is Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors.
Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside.
