Located only a 2 min walk to the tram and a supermarket. The rental has it's own separate bathroom, lounge room and study. All rooms are furnished, with TV and internet included. This is my primary place of residence and I will be sharing the home with my guests. I work full time in the CBD and enjoy quiet evenings playing video games or watching a movie. During the warmer months I love to use the outdoor area for cooking a BBQ or woodfired pizza.
