Bartell Family Guest Room
Located in Greenwood, we have a lovely room available for short or long term city stays. The room has a comfy queen size bed, drawers, hanging space and a bar fridge so you can make yourself at home. The room has access to its own ensuite shower and toilet facility. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, available for guests to use as needed. We have a new outdoor kitchen fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, microwave, and sink including a WebberQ and lovely outdoor area overlooking the park next door.
The space
Greenwood is a lovely leafy suburb halfway along the train line between the cities of Perth and Joondalup and only 7 minutes from Hillarys Boat Harbour and Sorento Beach. Our home is located next to a park with native trees attracting many varieties of bird life.
Guest access
