- Access to the garage is not available, there is plenty of street parking outside the front of the property on Sanctuary Circuit.
- The bath in the non-ensuite bathroom is not currently available for guest use.
- This house is for family and small quiet group holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for social gatherings or weddings. The maximum number of guests at the home at any one time must not exceed the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
- There is no smoking allowed inside or outside.
