Summary: On arrival there was a substance effected couple fighting in the reception area, interesting welcome. We had a studio apartment booked, which needed 2 different lifts to get to. There was an overpowering smell of vomit and cleaning product in the room. I contacted reception and they gave us another room. However this room was just a room, not a studio. There was no offer to refund the amount for the cheaper room. The windows were filthy, and the outlook was to other rooms. There was no mirror in the room besides the bathroom, no full length mirror. The furniture was mis-matched. The bed was comfortable. Would not return.
