The Red Cat Shack is on the ocean side of Caves Road. It is a relaxing family holiday home and is only a stone's throw away from the pristine white sands of beautiful Geographe Bay beach. A playground and dog beach are nearby, and the water is nice and shallow - very safe and protected swimming, especially for young children.
It is centrally located (in a cul-de-sac) and a well-equipped home. Use the Red Cat Shack as your base to start exploring the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region.

BATH & BEACH TOWELS:
• You will need to supply your bath and beach towels. If you require us to hire towels for you, the cost is $25 per person per stay.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
• A basic cleaning/linen fee of $155 applies to all bookings
• Due to the limited changeover time between bookings, we must insist that you clean your dishes and put them away, leave the premises tidy, and CLEAN THE BBQ. A basic cleaning charge applies to all bookings to cover linen changeover, floor vacuuming, and general cleaning of toilets, bathrooms, and kitchen areas.
HOUSE RULES:
• The guest responsible for the rental must be at least 25
• We want you to enjoy everything this house offers; however, we ask that you respect the home and the neighbourhood. NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE allowed. The house is located in a peaceful and quiet area, and neighbours expect it to remain that way. Your reservation confirms your agreement to OBSERVE this house rule STRICTLY.
• No smoking is allowed inside the house. There will be a penalty FEE for any evidence of smoking inside the house.
PETS:
• Please be mindful of good pet etiquette. Please bring your doggie bed and under no circumstances allow pets on the furniture or house beds.
• BYO food bowls. Crockery or bowls that belong to the house are not for your pet's use.
• Pets are permitted inside (but not unattended), and guests must clean up after their pets, including vacuuming floors to remove pet hair, or extra cleaning charges may apply.
• The City of Busselton regulations stipulate that dogs may not be left unattended at the property at any time.
• If reports of constant barking from our neighbours are received, your tenancy will be immediately terminated, or you will be asked to remove the dog.
ANY violation of the house rules will cause the immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
The homeowners are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises or its facilities. Further, the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings orå valuables of the guest or their guests. By accepting this reservation, it is expressly agreed that all guests explicitly assume the risk of any harm arising from using the premises or others they invite to use the premises.
