Wake up to the peace and serenity of life on the Murray River. Enjoy your freshly brewed morning coffee from the front bar/veranda to take in the early morning river views before a spot of fishing from your own private jetty or head out in your boat to catch your breakfast. Make use of the kayaks or push bikes in the shed to take in the beauty of this place or if you prefer a walk then Pelicans Cafe, Sandy Cove Tavern and Jettys Bar and Grill are some options for lunch or dinner. IGA is only 5mins away and you are close to Mandurah and Pinjarra.
During the cooler months you can grab a good book from the house library or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine. When the warmer months arrive the list of things to do is endless. Tie your boat up to your private jetty and come and go as you please (boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Swimming, fishing, paddling the list goes on. Catch a feed of crabs with the crab nets provided.

Our House Rules
NO LINEN provided unless organized and charged prior to check in. Guests need to supply their own bed sheets , pillowcases and towels only.
NO leavers, parties or Events at the property. Booking Guest must be 25yrs or older. Photo ID will be required for all new Stayz guests.
Maximum amount of adult guests accepted on a booking is 8. Maximum amount of total guests accepted on a booking is 10. NO extra guests to stay at the property.
External security camera at the front of the property. Guest privacy respected for the duration of their stay.
NO caravans or tents at the property.
Excellent neighbours so noise reduced after 10pm.
$50 fee applies if approval given for a pet during your stay. No pets permitted in any bedrooms or on any furniture. NO Barking dogs or dogs left unattended at the property.
NO BAIT, crabs or fish to be kept in the inside fridge/freezer.
Guests must adhere to size and bag limits set by dept of fisheries as fines may be issued by local inspectors.
Boat owners- Be aware of overhead powerlines to house and do not park boat trailers or vehicles across the road as this restricts neighbours view of the river. There is ample parking at the front of the property.
Report to host any damage to the property immediately so this can be resolved before our next guest arrives.
All guests to leave the property in the condition that they found it. Remove all rubbish from inside bins on checkout and ensure fridges are cleared of all food.
Air con, lights and fans to be turned off before vacating property.
