- Please do not remove any items from the kitchen or property. All items are checked after each stay and will be charged at replacement cost if removed.
- Please do not clean fish or cook crabs inside the home. It leaves a smell that lasts for several days. Please clean fish at jetty, beach or boat ramp and cook crabs on outside BBQ.
GENERAL RUBBISH: Large GREEN Bin – 1 Large Bag Allowance
Ensure general rubbish of 1 large bag only per short stay is put in the red bin. Or taken home if you have excess rubbish.
RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN
All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.
CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please take home any excess rubbish
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- Please clean BBQ & Oven after use to avoid additional cleaning fee.
- Please put the General Rubbish Bin and Recycling bins out when leaving.
- Turn off the Airconditioner & Lights.
- Please Lock Every Door and Close All Windows.
Return keys to the lock box and scramble the numbers.
