There are plenty of great restaurants around including one of my favourites 'Oishii'. Located at Roche Estate.
This property is a renovated 1950’s cottage with 2 queen beds, an oak and granite kitchen , a step in bath shower with a washing machine and dryer.
Including a lovely living area with 55" smart TV with a Chromecast.

Full house and front yard only. Back and side drive is private/no access.
Other things to note
This house runs off a septic tank, which means pee, poo, water & milk is the only thing to go down the drains.
Also a cat Ravi on the premises.
