The home itself is set over two separately accessed stories, and comprises 4 bedrooms, an open plan lounge and kitchen area with offset dining area and two decks. Other key features include wood fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and off street parking. In addition to the breathtaking views, the surrounds offer spectacular native gardens, grassed area and excellent privacy. There are even two secret direct access tracks to the beach for the intrepid explorer. For those less adventurous, a 200 metre stroll will take you past the Wye River Hotel, General Store and onto the sand.
