Sandy Shores is a dog-friendly property, with a fully fenced backyard. The adjacent beach is also dog friendly.

You will need to bring your own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels). There are 2 queens, 1 double and 3 singles in the bedrooms. Additionally in the family room there are 2 futons which convert to beds 1 is a queen and 1 is a single. Doonas, doona covers, and pillows are provided.

o All guests will be required to bring all of their own linen. This includes sheets, and pillow cases. Guests should also bring their own towels including tea towels. It also suggested that you may wish to provide your own pillow.
This beach house is ideally located directly on the Long Beach foreshore and opposite the Cullendulla Nature Reserve, allowing you to walk or swim depending on your mood. Kangaroos keep the front grass well trimmed and the rear garden is fully fenced for your pooch.
The house is 2-storey and ideally suited for multiple families or generations. There is only one kitchen but each floor has its own main queen bedroom, bunkroom, bathroom, lounge room, deck/balcony, and air conditioner. If you include the futons in the family room there are beds for 12. Note there is a extra guest fee of $200 per stay if you have more than 8 people in your party. $200 in total not per guest.
There are extensive ocean views from the upper balcony.
There is a baby gate if needed to keep the stairs safe.
Parking includes a garage and a side gate with boat/caravan accommodation.
Over the years a variety of items has accumulated to help entertain the troops including boogie boards, books, games, puzzles, bikes, scooters, dvds, even a paddle board
There is a firepit if you wish to roast marshmallow and make s'mores. We try to supply firewood but this is not guaranteed
Batemans Bay is a 10-minute drive away and has a large variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. Recommended are Sams Pizza, the boathouse (fish and chips), and the Batehaven Bakery for breakfast. On Tuesday night Cut and Run Pizza brings their van to Bay Road beach (Long Beach) You need to preorder before 3pm
Covid-19 Policy; It is now established that aerial transmission is the predominate way that Covid is spread. Hence we provide lockable security doors at each outside opening. There are 3 security doors upstairs and 3 downstairs. Guests are encouraged to leave all doors open (except off kitchen) but to lock all security doors on departure. We believe that the science shows that this practice of airing out the property between guests minimizes the chances of virus spread. A selection of sanitizing products is also provided.
