Cancellations: All cancellations will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to your arrival date your deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee & booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 2 months of your arrival date any refund is subject to us rebooking the property for the same time as your booking. In the event that we are instructed by the owner to cancel your booking a full refund will be made to you. NO REFUNDS DUE TO COVID 19.
