Do you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a change of scenery, a place where you can fully unwind? Then come to SeaBreeze in the tranquil coastal town of Coronet Bay!
Coronet Bay, situated about an hour south-east of Melbourne, with its beautiful beach, stunning views and peaceful vibe, will mean that once you've come to visit you will keep coming back.
The space
We are located just one street back from the beach, which means there are stunning views of the bay from the balcony and the boat-ramp is just a short 100m away.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, built in robe, split system air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2: 4 Bunk beds, built in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Shower/Bath, sink. Separate toilet.
Upstairs lounge/dining room: Lounge suite, HD tv with set-top box, dining table, split system air conditioning/heating, coonara (with provided wood) ocean views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with sink, electric oven and stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.
Balcony: 4 burner bbq and outdoor dining setting.
Downstairs
Bed 3: Queen bed with built in robe.
Downstairs bathroom: sink, shower, separate toilet.
Downstairs lounge room: Lounge suite that can be used as a duble bed, futon sofa which folds out into another double bed, HD tv, dining table, split system air-conditioning, overhead fan.
Laundry: Washing machine. Water cooler, fridge/freezer.
Rear garden and Patio: Outdoor setting and fully fenced in.
A child-gate and Wi-Fi are also provided.
Tea towels, salt, pepper, laundry powder, cleaning supplies etc are all provided.
Linen
We provide doona with covers/comforters, blankets, pillows without covers and bathmats.
Guests should bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Linen is available for optional cost of $150 for the length of the stay.
Check in is generally 3pm and check out is generally 10am.
Guest access
Short walking distance to the beach, boat ramp, playground with bbqs and toilets, milk bar, coastal walking paths and outdoor basketball courts.
Vehicle parking is available on the property or free on-street parking.
Other things to note
Coronet Bay has a milk bar with basic groceries, so it’s best to shop for supplies before you arrive.
If you do need to shop whilst visiting, the closest supermarkets are the IGA in San Remo (15 minutes drive) and Coles, Woolworths or Aldi in Wonthaggi (20 minutes drive)
Philip Island is just 20km away, so a short drive to things the island has to offer (Penguins, seals, koalas, GP circuit, surf beaches and more).
