Comprising two stories, there are three bedrooms upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs that provide just the right amount of space for the whole family.
Your beds are made with fresh, quality linen and bath towels are also provided for your stay. The only linen you need to bring is beach towels if you plan on going to the beach. (Five minute walk on track).
The kitchen and two generous living areas are upstairs and provide a great place to come together for great meals, cool drinks and ocean views.
Some amazing bird life also call this home from black cockatoos, sea eagles, butcher birds, lorikeets, kookaburras, magpies, eastern spinebills and even an owl or two to name just a few.
You may also see para gliders drifting through the skies. They launch from Grants Head or Middle Brother.
PARKING
There is no access to the garage, however there is sufficient room in the driveway to park three cars. There is plenty of free street parking. Sufficient parking to accommodate large vehicles, boats, trailers etc.
PET FRIENDLY WITH PRE APPROVAL ONLY
Pets are allowed with pre approval. Please reach out to me so I can assess the suitability. Well behaved, mature, non shedding small dogs and outdoor dogs preferred. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding nor are they allowed in the pool. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property. Please note that while the backyard is fenced, dogs could escape the yard if they are determined. All dog waste is to be picked up and disposed of.
Some beaches are dog friendly where dogs can enjoy the beach unleashed.
