The space
The property is a beautiful home that has been renovated to accommodate people looking for low maintenance living. Generally people working in and around Seymour temporarily move in and stay until they relocate back home. The house is well maintained with frequent cleaning of common areas and gardening. All utilities are covered in the fees. All furniture is provided, however, unlike other air bnb’s our guests bring their own linen including towels as they tend to stay for extended periods.
The three studios are all safe, secure and clean. They have their own bathrooms and kitchenettes. There is a main kitchen which is open to all. The laundry is shared across all studios and has 2 front load washers and a dryer.
The kitchenettes all have convection ovens so you can cook, bake, grill and fry in the privacy of your own space.
