*Check-out is by 10 am at the latest unless a late check-out has been prearranged for availability. Please refer to the check-out instructions on the fridge.
*No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. In case of noise complaints or disruptive behavior reported by neighbors, you'll be required to vacate the premises immediately, without refund.
