Summary: It is an older Buddhist temple and feels wonderful to be in a place with such character and history. The meals (all are vegetarian in accordance with Buddhist tradition) are a delicious delight. This is from one who is not a vegetarian!
The service is personal and sincerely caring. I would recommend visiting Daisen and staying there.
