This is a fabulous fishing spot with direct beach access metres from the back door. You can bring your own boat to take advantage of the property's private mooring and make use of the 5 kayaks available for guests.
The architectural style studio with full floor to ceiling windows takes in the view across Western Port Bay. Within; a cosy lounge room, full kitchen, large dining table and breakfast counter, a neat shower room.
Outdoor amenities include, fire pit, a large flat lawn area with kid's play equipment and trampoline.

And vice versa.
