From the moment you arrive at Sophie's Vineyard, you’re welcomed by striking modern architecture, large open spaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The open-plan living area is designed for both comfort and style, featuring plush seating, a cosy fireplace, and panoramic vineyard views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, stone countertops, and a spacious dining area, perfect for sharing meals and lively conversations. The primary suite, located in the east wing, features a king-sized bed, vineyard views, and a modern ensuite with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. Also in the east wing, two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share a sleek bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The west wing houses a private queen bedroom, sharing a bathroom with a fun and colourful kids’ room furnished with two bunk beds, a TV, and a unique clear swing chair—perfect for little adventurers.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, ample outdoor parking, and a Tesla Type 2 charger which can be made available upon request.
The main driveway to the house is an extended rural gravel driveway and is not suitable for cars with exceptionally low clearance.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
