Only 10 minutes from Dawesville and 25 minutes from Mandurah, you can still enjoy all this terrific locale’s amenities: from beaches to shops and eateries. 4 bedrooms sleeping 10, 3 bathrooms, spacious modern living and outdoor spaces with water views, all on a bush block providing privacy. What a find!

This single level home is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with all the space you need for a combined family or group holiday. With its bush setting, double garage to park out of the sun and wrap-around verandas, it’s welcoming from the get-go.
The expansive living area takes centre stage, with large glass sliding doors opening out to the veranda. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of bench space, a large fridge freezer, free standing oven, dishwasher, microwave and pod coffee machine. The dining suite seats 8 and the large modular leather lounge is perfect to relax in at the end of the day, facing the smart TV. Air-conditioning and overhead fans in the living room will keep you cool in the heat of the day. Outdoors has yet more comfortable seating on which to sit and watch the birdlife on the estuary and there is an additional dining setting out on the veranda as well as a large BBQ.
The bedrooms are all generously sized and nicely appointed. The master houses a King bed and has an overhead fan and its own ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and another shower ensuite. These both face out towards the estuary and have floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the views. The third bedroom is also a Queen and the fourth houses 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Both these two have overhead fans. The family bathroom has a shower, bathtub and vanity and a separate toilet.
There is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Free WiFi is provided and all linen is included.
**PLEASE NOTE**
This property does show as able to be booked for 10 adults, but we recommend only 8 adults stay due to the bedding configuration - the bunk bed is really only suitable for children.
There is another house on the property which is not a holiday rental, this is occasionally used but is far enough away from the Guest house not to cause any issues
Enjoy staying on the Peel estuary in a beautiful rural setting. Go scooping for our famous blue Manna crabs right on your doorstep. Watch the abundant birdlife, and look out for wildlife at dusk on the bush block. The Peel wetlands offer a glimpse into a diverse ecological system. Be at one with nature!
The Lake Clifton Thrombolites are worth a visit and are just down the road. Enjoy following the trail and searching for the Giants of Mandurah, the local sculptures dotted around the area. Enjoy the half hour waterside walk (or drive!) to Island Point reserve, a great place for crabbing and pelican watching. There are picnic spots and public toilets.
There are some good local eateries in the area, particularly up towards Dawesville. Call into the Thorny Devil Brewery for lunch or buy some fresh local seafood at Wattsies, just a 12 minute walk to the north. There is an IGA supermarket at Dawesville or a Coles supermarket at the Florida shopping centre.
You may fancy a game of golf at the Cut Golf Course in Dawesville. A trip into Mandurah, 25 minutes’ north, is well worth it to enjoy the foreshore eateries, some shopping or some of the children’s activity parks. And of course, there are the amazing stretches of beach all the way along the coast, from Preston Beach all the way up to the popular Silver Sands Beach at Mandurah. 4-wheel driving at White Hills Beach might be right up your alley!
