Positive: The house is very spacious. The location was perfect. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Everything was provided... fresh linen, hangers, iron, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of tissue & paper towels. The central heat and AC works perfectly. They even provided a portable fan. New firm mattresses and clean fresh carpet upstairs.

Negative: The actual house did not look as good as the pictures. In the pictures it looks more modern. But it's an old house that still needs some repairs. You can see that they are making upgrades. But the new stainless steel refrigerator was dirty with a frozen dirty ice block in the freezer. The keyless front door knob was a nice touch but it is very difficult to open if you're a small woman. It scratched my hand trying to force it open. After that I pushed it open with my shoulder each time.
