Sit back and enjoy the stunning scenery. Rosamund House caters for up to 8 adults. Rosamund House can also be utilised with Rosa House which is situated on the same 40 acre property for 18 adults.
Ohh! and there is a winery across the road and some of the Hunter Valleys best within 5 mins drive.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here, great location and we were able to stay as late as we needed on checkout day which was fabulous! However, the outdoor area needs to be cleaned, there were big piles of animal droppings on the deck and on all the chairs and our infants kept picking it up and trying to eat it. The BBQ has also not been cleaned so we had to give it a thorough clean before we could start cooking. Otherwise we had a great stay!
