The Space:
One bedroom apartment is carpeted throughout and features wall-mounted reverse cycle air-con in the living room, a ‘Smart’ TV with Netflix, a beautiful leather sofa and a balcony. There’s a dining table for 4 people which doubles as a work space, while the kitchen comes with a large ‘serving hatch’ window overlooking the living/dining area, a double sink, Electric cooktop, microwave oven, good sized fridge and glass bricks to increase the natural light.
The bedroom offers a king size bed, mirrored wardrobes and block-out curtains to control the light flow for a good sleep-in.
The bathroom has a combined bath/shower with frameless glass screen, as well as a washing machine and separate dryer, with more glass bricks providing natural light.
The apartment comes with parking for small car, accessible with garage remote.
The Neighborhood:

Although the apartment comes with small carspace, there are convenient public transport options just a stroll away, providing Melbourne’s iconic tram services into the CBD (Downtown) as well as Chapel Street shops and Richmond’s Bridge Road for Epworth Hospital and a range of outlet stores.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
* After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am.
