We provide sheets, pillows and doonas, towels, beach towels, shampoo/ conditioner, soap and the pantry is stocked with basics such as salt / pepper, paper towel, cooking oil, tea, coffee etc.
Accommodation is most suitable for a family of up to 8 or two families consisting of 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, or more simply just two couples. With 3 bedrooms, one with King double, the other Queen double with TV and Ensuite and 3rd with double bunks and large single sofa bed. Additionally the smaller rear family room is equipped with a pull-out double Sofa bed. This room includes a gas log fire place (perfect for a cosy winter escape), fridge, kettle and microwave plus full width glass bifold doors leading out to the pergola area.
Perfectly situated to capture amazing views of East beach, Pacific Ocean and surrounding coastline country side (French Rivera meets lush European country side). Watch Whales and Dolphins pass by whilst sipping a wine enjoying the amazing unobstructed sweeping views.
Take a walk along the renowned Coastal Track which you can start at our front gate. Walk South to Gerringong or North (past the little blowhole) to Kiama, the blowhole, cafes, restaurants and gift stores.
The surrounding area has much to explore with amazing vineyards, bush walks, beaches and quaint village townships.

Relax by the sea, beaches in the area are amazing, starting with Easts Beach at the front door and other surf beaches such as Main beach, Kendell’s beach, Bombo, "the farm”, and Werri beach.
Explore and enjoy the gorgeous estuaries such as Minnamurra and Gerroa, both of which are perfect for stand-up paddle boards and families and great picnic areas or visit one of many local wineries for a tasting or lunch/ dinner at the restaurants on site.
Jambaroo Water Park is fun for the whole family, a great place to cool off during summer.
Minamurra rainforest is close by to enjoy a mystical walk to its beautiful waterfalls.
Saddleback Mountain lookout is also close by and has a lovely scenic walk with the most amazing ocean and Country side views.
Berry is now only 15 minute drive on the newly opened highway. Berry boasts a mecca of cafes, gift stores and the popular Berry Markets which host up to 200 stalls and held on the first Sunday of every month.
Locally there are gift stores, many restaurants, including Vietnamese, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Local cuisines and Seafood, a great variety of cafés and the list goes on.
Seaside markets are held at beautiful Black Beach in Kiama on the third Sunday of the month and local Farmers Markets held every Wednesday afternoon in Main Beach park.
Jamberoo / Kangaroo Valley has gift stores, cafes and a great local pub. You can find freshwater swimming holes, canoeing and bushwalking in this area.
