Located in the quiet end court end of Sunburst Avenue, walking distance to the VMMR if you don't want to cook on a Saturday night, or have fish and chips from the General Store.
Walking distance also to the golf course (5 mins), bowls club (1 min), 900 metres to the beach, and the General store even closer.
The house backs onto the fire trail and has easy access to the oval where there are occasional markets or just a place for the kids to run around. Watch the Kangaroos hop passed and even stop in our garden.
Great Fishing at the beach, or at Seacombe.
25 min drive to loch sport and half hr to sale. Also Seaspray is not too far away.
Krusics Ride Park is only a 5 minute drive away,

There is no access to the WIR in the master bedroom or the shed as these are our private areas.
Unfortunately, there is no camping allowed or driving on our grassed areas due to our septic system but you are more than welcome to have a caravan in the driveway. Our septic is self-sustaining, We have tried to stock everything you need so you don't need to worry about it.
