This is a true home away from home! A well loved and curated space that is great for families, remote workers, travelling professionals, and vacationers alike. At almost 100 years old (1924!), the house hopes you won't mind the occasionally squeaky floor board that comes with the wisdom of age.
You’ll have access to a garage and basement to store your bikes, skis, etc. Washer and dryer onsite. There is also a small home gym in the basement with a rowing machine, elliptical, and stationary bike.
Full kitchen with coffee maker (3, take your pick!), dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for cooking.
You'll have access to the backyard with a fire pit and outdoor dining space in the summer time and a covered front porch for year-round outdoor hangs.
Close to city-wide views at Rocky Butte (and a heck of a bike ride, if you're so inclined!), Roseway is a family-friendly and fun community with fantastic parks, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. Donuts, bakeries, bagels, Thai, Mexican, Hawaiian, and local pizza all call the neighborhood home.
