Only 300 metres to Bartlett Beach, and just over 1km to seasonally patrolled Rainbow Beach, Fat Fish Caf and Beaches at the Surf Club. 3 bedrooms, all with built in robes for storage, ceiling fans for those hot summer nights and 2 separate living areas for a little extra space, 2 bathrooms and a powder room ensure that everyone is accommodated. A large covered deck makes outdoor living easy and enjoyable. Open the doors from your living, dining room and make the most of the breeze and views. WiFi and pool table makes this home the one you should choose for your next holiday in Bonny Hills. Sunny-Daze does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable. If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property. A Security Deposit between $500 - $1000 will be required upon arrival, depending on the property.
