THE SPACE:
- Located on the first floor - must climb stairs to access apartment
- Sleeps SIX guests (2 x queen beds and 1 x sofa bed)
- TWO bedrooms, both with QUEEN BEDS & built-in-robes
- ONE bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity
- Combined kitchen, TV and dining
- Balcony off the TV area overlooking the front street
- The rear bedroom boasts a balcony overlooking the rear and Marmion Village Shopping Centre
- Sofa bed (in TV area) - please note that we only set up the sofa bed when there is 4+ guests, you will also need to notify us in advance if this needs to be set up for your stay.
- COMMUNAL LAUNDRY: complete with washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron. Communal laundry is also located upstairs on the first floor.

- PARKING: is limited - two spots out the front of the complex however there is plenty of free parking nearby at the shopping centre!

- The entire `Blue first floor apartment` with TWO bedrooms (+ sofa bed if desired), bathroom + 2 x balconies and communal laundry with washing machine & dryer.
- Communal laundry is shared and please abide by laundry guest rules which are listed in the laundry.
- Sofa bed: the sofa bed will only be set up for guests over 4+, please let us know if you need this for your stay.
- Self check-in instructions will be available for you to access closer to your check-in date.

Walking is very easy and convenient for this property, however a bus stop is only 5 minutes walk and there is also either room at the property or at the shopping centre a few metres away to park your car.
