The kitchen and living room:
The layout in this beautiful home comprises a generous open plan kitchen, featuring quality appliances and stone benchtops while overlooking the spacious living and dining area with stylish timber floors. The dream kitchen offers an electric induction cooktop, an electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The adjoining living and dining room features comfortable furnishings complete with ducted cooling and central heating. Lots of board games to entertain the family and a large screen TV downstairs. Enjoy the spacious upstairs living area and second TV nook, including an amazing gas fireplace for a quiet peaceful hideaway. The dining table and living room downstairs comfortably seat 10 guests with quality furnishings, allowing direct access to the sprawling balcony and outdoor living with immaculate views of the bay and pristine sunset in the afternoon.

There are five bedrooms at the property with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in bedroom two and three, plus a triple bunk in bedrooms four and five which is perfect for the kids. Three spacious bathrooms with all the necessities needed including a large bath, shower, and toilet.
Outside:
Nearby to Cape Schanck and Bushrangers Bay coastal walks. Take your pick from the nearby ocean and bay beaches, wineries, and golf courses.
The fully fenced large grass yard is perfect to entertain the kids, allowing access to the beautiful outdoor kitchen, perfect for an outdoor barbeque escape. Including ample off-street parking options and an excellent position, centrally located on the Mornington Peninsula.
An abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, and kids' entertainment is located close by. Enjoy all the Mornington Peninsula attractions nearby including the Peninsula Hot Springs, famous wineries and lots more.
