Upstairs the main living area comprises an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with large windows that frame the incredible ocean view and fill the house with light.
An ambient gas log fire, will keep you cozy in the evenings while a reverse cycle split system and ceiling fans will ensure you are cool over summer. The Dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils and basic spices and condiments.
On the protected back deck there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting with scenic views to the hinterland.
Whether sitting in the lounge or either the front or rear balconies there is no doubt that the magnificent scenery will help you unwind and relax.
There is a second living area downstairs that provides a separate space for the kids to hangout. With a comfortable lounge and TV it is the perfect games room / childrens retreat.
There are three bedrooms, 8 beds in total - With views over the Port Campbell valley the upstairs bedroom features a king sized bed, built in robes, and adjacent bathroom. The downstairs bedroom room has a queen size bed, built in robes and overlooks the front garden and ocean. The kids sanctuary is the downstairs bunk room. It has been fitted with built in bunks (single sized) and built in robe. All the bedrooms have their own heating.
Both upstairs and down have a bathroom and toilet.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the European laundry situated under the stairs.
The property also includes a huge front and side yard (1600 sq meters!) - the perfect spot for a family game of cricket or for the kids to play.

You have full and private access to the house.
The house has driveway parking for 2 cars as well as expansive front yard for the guests to use.
The guests don't have access to 3 locked cupboards downstairs and the shed.
Other:
Linen and towels (1 per guest) are supplied for the number of guests that have booked and paid.
Over 4 guests attract additional charges, if you book for 2, but more are intending to stay please advise so that we can ensure correct linen is supplied for your stay.
Beach Towels are not provided and we ask that the bath towels are not used for this purpose.
Please let us know what bed configuration suits your guests so we can ensure that the correct beds are made, this includes the bunk beds.
