Situated in peaceful Tainui, our accommodation offers reasonably easy access to local beaches the popular "Dinosaur Park", and is not too far from cafe's supermarkets and eateries, The Dunedin Bowl Stadium and Chisolm Park Golf Club.
The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.
Parking is available onsite and there is additional free parking available on the street if needed.
There are 1 or 2 steps to access the entry of each house, but once inside, each property is all on one level.
Three bedroom apartment:
Walk through the entry to find the main bedroom with ensuite immediately to your right and second bedroom to your left. Ahead, you will see access to the open plan living and (fully equipped) kitchen area with breakfast bar.
Further to the left, the hallway turns to access the third bedroom and also an additional bedroom. A cupboard in the hallway containing both washer and dryer ensures your laundry needs are catered for.
Two bedroom apartment:
Enter into the kitchen area to find a large breakfast bar and huge living space beyond. The fully equipped bathroom/ laundry comes off this area. Beyond the lounge, you will find 2 separate bedrooms.
The living area of each apartment features a lounge are with huge flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. Both kitchens are fully equipped to ensure all the comforts of home.
A heat pump in the living area of each house heats these spaces, with an additional heater in each bedroom.
A door can be unlocked and gate left open to ensure easy external access between the two spaces
A recently added Nespresso machine adds an extra comfort.
