This is a great modern duplex. Situated directly across the road from the iconic Broulee Beach.
On the ground floor you have 2 bedrooms (one queen and one with 2 singles plus trundles).
There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a laundry with washing machine and exit into the fully fenced back yard.
Upstairs is a lovely open plan living/dining/kitchen with a balcony with built in bar overlooking the beach - perfect for meals and a drink after your swim. This living area is lovely and light with a Smart TV and beach views. Our thoughtful owners have left a selection of books games and puzzles to enjoy.
The Master bedroom is also located upstairs and has a Queen bed with ensuite. There is a covered balcony off here with an outdoor setting and BBQ.
There is Wi-FI and RC air conditioning for your comfort.
Park your car in the garage and spend your holiday walking to everywhere Broulee has to offer. The Surf Club, The Brewhouse, the local shops and cafes and of course the beach.
All linen is included.
