There are floating floorboards throughout the open plan living area, which opens out to the extensive balcony, which includes an undercover bbq area to incorporate both indoor/outdoor entertaining.
There are two identical Master bedrooms with king-sized beds, built-in robes, and a balcony.
Downstairs you will find that it is also very spacious. You will find a second living area which comes complete with entertainment, a kitchenette, laundry facilities, 3 more bedrooms, and the added bonus of a table tennis table in the garage.
