This home is fully insulated and has had a recently installed heat pump to keep you warm in Winter.

The main house includes a queen bed. The extra sleeping quarters with a Split King bed (that can be converted to singles) is inside the fully contained unit next to the house. Rent the single house for two guests or under in our separate listing, or rent the entire home and unit to accommodate up to four guests via this listing. Each bedroom has hotel quality linen and toweling included. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a shower and vanity. There is also a separate toilet in the house.

Located in the heart of beautiful Bruny Island, this property is only 1 hour driving time from Hobart City, with an easy 10-minute ferry trip and ferries depart every 20 minutes.
