"The Bay House" - just metres from the Coronet Bay Reserve and minutes from the Boat Ramp. Some of the many features of this lovely pet friendly home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs you'll find the large open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with smart TV) with access out to the covered deck. There is also a powder room, laundry and study. Upstairs is the second living area (with smart TV), the master bedroom with a smart TV, WIR and en-suite (with toilet and shower), three other bedrooms (each with built in robes, and bedroom 3 with another smart TV) and a main bathroom (with shower and bath) plus a separate toilet.
Outdoor Areas
The fully enclosed yard has a fantastic playground with climbing frame, trampoline, raised cubby house and slide and double swing-set. Perfect for the kids - and pets are welcome too. There are double gates on one side of the house which open to allow a boat to be parked off street. Downstairs there is a 3 seater lounge plus table and chairs which seats 4, with extra garden chairs and kids chairs. The upstairs balcony has 2 x 3 seater lounges. The garage is not accessible to guests.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, Aldi pod coffee machine, kettle, blender & hand blender, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The downstairs living area has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner. There are ceiling fans in bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 as well as the upstairs landing. There are also mobile heaters and fans in all 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom Configuration
This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests:
Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: One Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two Single beds
Please note: A Tri-bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom, and a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
