Located on the ocean side of Dawesville and only a few steps to the beach. Perfect beach side holiday location for families and couples. Two storey typical Australian beach house. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, open plan living and dining. Semi enclosed games room with table tennis and pool table. Ocean views from both levels. Large block with double garage and plenty of parking and space for a boat. Great location to enjoy many local attractions including the beach, estuary and golf. The home is a 5 minute drive (or a 10 minute walk along the beach) to the Cut golf course. We welcome guests any time but have a 7 night minimum during the peak period of school holidays. The cost for a 7 night stay is $1400 At other times we will welcome visitors for a minimum 3 night stay at a cost of $800. We do not cater for overnight stays.
