Throw in spectacularly technicolour sunsets and a short walk to the iconic and historic pub, "The Newport", it will feel like endless summer at this waterfront, first floor apartment.
Shops and buzzing cafès are a short walk away. Mona Vale (a short drive or bus ride) is the nearest 'large' town and has supermarkets for all the supplies you'll need. Beachside Newport is well within walking distance while laid back, cruisie Avalon is just a 10 minute drive or bus ride.
Lots of restaurants to satisfy all your culinary wishes and budgets. Just ask...we'll be happy to recommend.
There are some fantastic headland walks...the views are breathtaking over the ocean, or if bushwalking is your thing, West Head, Ku-ring-gai is a car trip away...Red Hand Caves are accessed from here as are several other Aboriginal historic sites. Also along the route is the Waratah Trail, the Bairne Track and Flint and Steel Track that depends down to the secluded and beach.
For the sailor, there are two sailing clubs in short walking distance; Royal Prince Alfred and the Royal Motor Yacht Club.

The living area opens out onto a balcony which overlooks the block's private jetty and beautiful Pittwater.
