The Café House is a beautiful newly renovated beach house, you’ll be just a 5-minute walk down to Bawley Beach & steps away from the well known Luci's café. With Bawley Vale Estate, Jackson Ranch & Willinga Park all being a short drive away.
The Space:
Newly renovated, this coastal home is perfect for your holidays long or short! From a weekend getaway with mates, to your week long stay at Christmas time with family. The Café House could also be your weekend accommodation for weddings and events - with stunning photoshoot opportunities!
The Café House has a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you will need (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc). We provide linen and towels, all you’ll need is to bring your beach towels. The living room is perfect to sit and relax whilst watching some TV.

The backyard is a grassed area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoy having a BBQ and eating on the back deck, which provides a outdoor dining area.
**Please note that we are located behind our local cafe, you should expect a level of noise from the premises from time to time.
Guest Access:
House & Backyard access - shed is locked and guests do not have access to this.
Other Things to Note:
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- Pantry and cleaning items are also available for use during your stay.
- Please note this house is on tank water and septic so please be mindful of water usage.
-BBQ must be cleaned if used during stay.
For families with young children/babies: Porta-cot and highchair available on request.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Although, an extra fee will be charged.
Please keep pets off of ALL indoor furniture.
They must be supervised at all times due to the wired fence in the backyard (pets will be able to escape). Extra cleaning fees will apply if any damaged is caused by your pet.
