Located in the best street in Nimbin, The Daisy House is a lovely and colourful 1950's home.
Light filled rooms, with modern furnishings provide a tranquil yet vibrant experience for all ages, with the ability to sleep 6 people.
Enjoy the luxury of a whole, two bedroom house with a large, fenced backyard, full modern kitchen, 8 seater dining room, large lounge room, 1.5 baths and laundry.
The spacious backyard is fully fenced and suitable for pets to be contained.
The space
The Daisy House is located in the heart of town and is a short 2 minute walk to local cafes, restaurants and shops, making it the perfect place to stay when you are wanting to immerse yourself in the culture and vibrant community of Nimbin.
Arrival at the house is easy with self check-in, parking in driveway and private entrance to the house.
The Daisy House has 2 master bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds for the first 4 occupants.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are wanting 5 to 6 occupants, there is 2 futons provided to sleep on in the lounge room. Please note, occupants 5 and 6 will be sleeping on futons in the lounge room. All linen and extra blankets will be provided, based on your booking numbers.
The Kitchen comes with a 3 seater breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Tea and coffee available for your use.
Being a 1950's house, the bathroom is split between two areas, with the first area comprising of a bathtub, sink and storage cupboard. The second area has a separate toilet and shower area. Large fluffy towels and australian made hand soaps provided for your enjoyment.
Lounge area has a television and DVD player, with some DVD's and board games provided for your entertainment.
Air-conditioning units are located in the lounge and dining areas.
Children are welcome and there is a high chair provided. Please note, this is not a fully child safe environment and children should be supervised.
The Daisy House is also conveniently located directly opposite the Nimbin Hospital and Aged Care Centre. The house can be accessed through the back door, without stairs however the property is not fully wheelchair equipped. If you require wheelchair access, please contact us prior to bookings to discuss.

Nimbin is known the world over as Australia’s most famous hippie destination and alternative lifestyle capital. Nimbin is the perfect place to rest a while, to relax, rejuvenate and let Mother Nature work her charms.
The village shot to fame in 1973 when it hosted the Aquarius Festival, attracting students, hippies, and visionaries from all over Australia. Once the bands left and the dust settled, a few intrepid souls stayed on to live the dreams and ideology of Aquarius and sow the seeds for today’s vibrant, sustainable community.
Nimbin is surrounded by World Heritage listed rainforests and an abundance of native wildlife. Its vibrant history is entwined with threads of sustainability, community, and counterculture. The village boasts colourful mural facades atop of heritage buildings and is the perfect place to indulge in alternative therapies, attend a sustainability workshop, have your tarot read, discover local art and produce or pass time people-watching in a café on the bustling main street.
And remember to go to the pool! Nimbin has a great community pool which is free during Daylight Savings months. 29 Sibley St, Nimbin. 4 beach towels have been provided for your use.

Please remember we have a strictly NO SMOKING INSIDE policy. Smoking outside is permitted.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay the night.

Pets allowed. Please remember to keep them contained in the back yard and do not let them roam free as we are in an area that is full with native wildlife and we want to protect them. Please also keep pets off the furniture, including couches and beds.
Please bring your own bedding and bowls for pets.
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Any after hours noise complaints will be referred to the local authorities.
Out of Bounds areas include under the house and the shed and carport areas. Please do not enter these areas.
Bed and Bath linens are provided for your use. For longer stays, towels will be changed every 3 days by your host between 10am and 2pm. Towels and extra linens can be found in the white cupboard in the bathroom.
PLEASE NOTE: We provide a linens change service every 3 days or as requested. For bookings longer than 14 days, access to inside the property is required every 14 days (minimum) for a full linens change.
hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner have been provided to use and enjoy for the duration of your stay.
