Should guests have gatherings or functions without agreement in written form from management of Stay Port Stephens a fee of $500 per head will apply. Should you as the primary guest wish to have visitors to the property at any time, it is a requirement of your booking agreement that Stay Port Stephens management be notified of the names of the attending persons and the date and estimated time they will be on the property for management approval. No visitor is permitted to stay/sleep at the property overnight and must leave by 10pm.
