The Space:
This home is perfectly suited for your next getaway. Located in a quiet cul-da-sac that’s within walking distance to the beach and Mollymook Shops, you will have everything you need right at your finger tips. There are plenty of local attractions with Mollymook shops only 550 meters away, including an IGA store, baker, deli, fish & chip shop, pharmacy, bottle shop and pizza shop. You will also find Bannisters Pavilion & Tallwood Restaurant (as seen on Sydney Weekender), Mollymook has everything you need. Bannisters by the Sea, is only a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk if you need to walk off those cocktails and woodfired pizza.
The house itself has a nice patio upon entry with seats to sit at and enjoy your morning coffee with green views. The retro lounge room has a lounge and a few extra arm chairs so you and your family can space yourselves out when watching movies on TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation such as a fridge, microwave, oven, cooktop and lots of bench space as well as a four seater dining table for you to sit and enjoy your meals with your family or friends.
Bedroom one has a queen sized bed and bedroom two has a double. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a shower, bathtub and vanity. There is a laundry in this home fit with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Taking a step out onto the back deck there is lots of space to gather and entertain and cook up a good BBQ. The yard is large and fenced off with lots of room for the kids to run around and play.
There is off street parking on the driveway for one car.
