Summary: Discriminatory reception staff. A staff member made a derogatory remark about by nationality when I was having breakfast, witnessed by the 2 people sat with me. Pathetic juvenile conduct, in breach of the Federal Racial Discrimination Act (1975) in Australia. We also had cockroaches in our ensuite bathroom.
