There are high ceilings in the main home area and a functional family room that boasts a pool table, large LCD TV and a wood burning slow combustion heater. There is a carport with under cover parking for 3 vehicles and the back yard has additional parking for at least another 2 vehicles.
The home is within easy walking distance to the Northern Markets Shopping Centre, the Gawler Central railway station and the heritage Old Bushman Hotel. There is also easy access to the main street, swimming pool and caravan park.
The Palms has 4 generous size bedrooms, three of which have queen beds and the remaining bedroom has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own split system reverse cycle air conditioner plus three of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. This home boasts 7 air conditioners, so whatever the weather is outside, you will be comfortable all year around.
The kitchen has a double bowl sink, under bench oven and separate 4 burner cook top. There is plenty of bench space and we have provided our guests with a 500 litre refrigerator. The dining table seats 8 guests. There are polished wood floors and slate throughout the home.
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in this home. The original bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower and vanity while the newest bathroom has a modern shower, vanity and toilet. There is a laundry with a modern washing machine and laundry trough. The instant gas hot water system means you will never run out of hot water.
The great feature of this home is the outdoor entertaining area. The area has a decking in Cypress Pine and has a beautiful outlook with palm trees and other plants adorning the area. There is a 4 burner BBQ and nice outdoor table setting. Great for people wanting to get together in a group or just for a couple
This home is suitable for a large family group or for 4 couples looking to share a home with a heritage feel and modern conveniences. We could have up to 10 people stay in this home if required. It would be a great place to base yourself while you explore the Barossa and Clare Valleys.
